The City of Lodi has engaged HdL to conduct Business License taxes administration, discovery and audit services related to the City of Lodi. These services include registering and maintaining an inventory of existing licenses and tax payors, outreach and education to business not currently enrolled in the program and audit and review of returns for compliance with city tax regulations.
